Story description

When a little girl refuses to go to bed, an unexpected visitor appears in her room — a fluffy, magical creature with delicate, transparent wings named Mallow.

Mallow shares a wonderful secret with her: the most extraordinary adventures begin the moment we close our eyes!

Together, they journey into a magical world of dreams, where they can soar among the clouds, explore mysterious underwater cities, play with shooting stars, listen to flowers singing, and even visit an enchanting candy kingdom filled with lollipops and sweets.

This gentle, heartwarming bedtime story celebrates the magic of imagination and the wonderful adventures waiting for us in our dreams. It reminds young readers that bedtime isn't the end of the fun — sometimes, it's the beginning of the most magical journey of all.

A delightful tale that helps little dreamers look forward to bedtime with excitement, curiosity, and a smile.

When the Girl Falls Asleep (book excerpt)

Once upon a time, there was a cheerful and curious little girl named Lyra. More than anything in the world, she loved inventing new games, and she never, ever got bored.

Every day, something exciting happened in her room. Her dolls would gather for delightful tea parties, her teddy bear would become a very important guest, and her little toy bunny would listen attentively as Lyra read him wonderful stories.

But there was one thing Lyra didn't like at all: bedtime.

"Already?" she would exclaim in surprise. "But I'm not finished playing yet!"

It always seemed to her that bedtime came far too soon, stealing away the most exciting part of the day.

One evening, Lyra was once again reluctant to put her toys away. The stars had long since appeared outside her window, and all her toys were resting in their usual places. But Lyra was still sitting on the carpet, hugging her favorite little bunny close.

Suddenly, tiny golden sparks began to shimmer all around her. They swirled and danced through the air until, right before her eyes, they formed a small, fluffy creature with delicate, transparent wings.

"Hello!" the little visitor said cheerfully. "My name is Mallow!"

"Are you... real?" Lyra whispered in astonishment.

"Of course I am!" Mallow replied with a smile. "I've come to show you something wonderful. Tell me, do you think all adventures end when children fall asleep?"

Lyra nodded.

"Not at all," Mallow said mysteriously. "The most incredible adventures begin in the Land of Dreams!"

The Boy and Very Important Cat Business

Absolutely incredible! The stories are lovely, the printing is top quality, and the illustrations are stunning. My son is obsessed — he wants it read to him multiple times a day, and honestly I never get tired of reading it either. There's something magical about a book where the hero is your own child. We pore over every page together — it genuinely feels like a collector's edition. I've been showing it to everyone and already planning to order more. Best gift idea for kids, by far.
